When did the travel bug bite me?
Perhaps early memories of homemade apple cider on the shores of Lake Michigan or jumping on innertubes with my brothers as the summer sun hit our backs? Or was it snorkeling for the first time along the shores of Maui, looking over to see the happy sun-drenched smiles of my family? Maybe it was my first limoncello under the lemon trees of Capri, or sharing crepes and wine with my husband along the Seine in Paris? Each moment left its own impression and changed my life and perspective for the better. The ability to dream, to step outside the ordinary just for a bit, to experience joys and pleasures of new sites and horizons, and to see that spark come alive in others, inspires me.
